Consultancy across the life of the built asset
We advise and deliver throughout the asset lifecycle, from appraisal and feasibility through project and cost management, procurement and digital, to sustainability in use. Each commission is scoped to the task in hand: a single review, a defined work stage, or the asset from inception to operation.
International projects answer to two sets of requirements. The operator, tenant or lender applies a standard that holds across the estate. The market sets the code, the supply chain and the conditions in which the asset is delivered. The two are rarely reconciled on paper, and the cost of discovering the gap on site is borne by the client.
We establish at the outset what the governing standard requires in this market: what transfers directly, what must be achieved another way, and what each route costs in time and money. That position is then carried into procurement and site delivery, where conformity is verified before award rather than assumed on receipt.

We take packages from specification through tender and award to site, and we represent European manufacturers and specialist contractors in the markets we serve.

We set the sustainability strategy for an asset, carry it through design and procurement, and take the project through certification.
